Proposed revisions are limited to the sections articulated in the attached. Language proposed to be eliminated is struck through. Language proposed to be added is highlighted. Rationale for each amendment is provided. A complete version of the current bylaws is available online.
Voting on the proposed amendments will be called during our Business Meeting on November 3rd as part of the Annual Meeting program.
