Please join MASAE for a discussion on the expansion of the Paycheck Protection Program and eligibility requirements contained in the “Economic Aid to Hard-Hit Small Business, Nonprofit, and Venues Act” and how 501(c)(6) organizations can now benefit. Our speaker will also address the expansion and amendments to the Employee Retention Credit in the Taxpayer Certainty and Disaster Relief Act. A review of the latest guidance issued by the IRS and the SBA will help show what organizations will need to do to take full advantage of these programs.
