Challenged by Government Restrictions due to COVID, the Northeast Spa and Pool Association re-imagined its annual trade show and conference. More than a ‘virtual’ event, they produced a live broadcast two day event to maximize engagement with members, provide sponsor value, and strengthen partnerships with their host city and vendor partners. Come see what made this EXPEREINCE unique, where it succeeded, and what the organizers would change if they had to do it over again. Perhaps most importantly to association and event professionals, take away lessons that can be used to grow engagement now as well as when we return to in person events.
