MASAE has transformed its Mid-Year Meeting into a series of four webinars over four weeks in June. Our over-arching theme for the virtual conference is “Reflecting Forward: Tools to Succeed in Unfamiliar Territory.” The last year has been full of challenges for many association professionals. By reflecting on what we’ve learned and accomplished over the last several months, we hope to provide you with tools that will help set you and your organization up for success as we go into the next phase of normalcy.
You can't plan a crisis but you can have a crisis plan. Crisis communications has gone from an occasionally mentioned discussion point to now a trending topic. For marketing and communications (marcomm) professionals, having a crisis communication plan in place is a must – but what if you don’t have a marcomm professional on your team to make one? This session provides the top “must-haves” of your crisis communication plan and most importantly, how to effectively and efficiently communicate it to your audiences.
