"Strategies for Sustaining Relevance: Ensuring Your Association Thrives in Tomorrow's Landscape"

The rate of change has done nothing but accelerate since many of us started our careers in association management. In addition, the expectations of association volunteer leaders and members has kept staff running at a clip to keep up with existing needs, let alone stay abreast of current trends that are forecasted to drive change in the way our associations operate to adapt to member expectations.

Join this interactive session to easily understand more about this leadership competency associated with the practice of foresight. Learn how you might be able to integrate foresight discussions into existing association activities.

In this session, you will receive a:

  • Brief intro to the practice of foresight,
  • Brief intro to the ASAE ForesightWorks Research & Intro to the Five New Drivers of Change – to be released in 2024.
  • Opportunity to practice an Analysis Session and discuss with peers the “So what?” relative to the impact to their association's future.
